Refund Policy

If ZAA cancels the conference, there is a full refund.

If the attendee cancels their registration:

  • Before 9/15: 75% refund
  • Between 9/16-10/30: 50% refund
  • 10/31 and after: no refund

*The refund amount may be rolled over to credit towards the next ZAA conference.
